Brief Description
Die STADT UND LAND ist im Besitz von drei eingeschossigen Gewerbeeinheiten im Kosmosviertel in Altglienicke, welche künftig gemeinsam als zentrales Stadtteilzentrum dienen sollen. Ein Gebäude der drei Gewerbeeinheiten wird bereits durch den Träger Offensiv 91 e.V. für die Stadtteilarbeit genutzt. Im Ergebnis soll ein adäquates Stadtteilzentrum für eine vielseitige Nutzung entstehen, weshalb es einer umfassenden Modernisierung und Sanierung bedarf.
