Brief Description
Die Sanierung des ehemaligen Forsthauses in Söflingen umfasst unter anderem Brandschutzertüchtigungen, Barrierefreiheit, Beseitigung von Feuchteschäden und die Sicherung der Standsicherheit. Außerdem wird die Haustechnik komplett erneuert.
Die Planung der HOAI-Leistungsphasen 4 bis 6 ist abgeschlossen. Einsparungen, insbesondere durch den Verzicht auf die Pfahlgründung, sind technisch nicht möglich. Das Gebäude steht unter Denkmalschutz.
Schwere Setzungen und Risse und die Anforderung eines neuen Aufzuges machen eine komplette Gebäudeneugründung notwendig.
