Der Dienstleister soll hierbei u.a. allen Beschäftigten Beratung, Coaching und Unterstützung bei persönlichen, beruflichen und familiären Fragen und Problemen sowie den Führungskräften (Beschäftigte mit Führungsverantwortung) Beratung bei Fragen der Personalführung anbieten.
