Das nachfolgende Ausschreibungsleistungsverzeichnis beinhaltet die Erneuerung der Laubengangabdichtung inkl. der Entwässerung sowie die Instandsetzung der Fassadenbereiche der Hauptfassade im Bereich der Aufstockung sowie der zurückgesetzten Fassadenteile der Staffelgeschosse.
Die Instandsetzung der Dachfläche der Staffelgeschosse wird separat ausgeschrieben.
