Die betroffenen Balkone sind stark geschädigt und die Tragfähigkeit nicht mehr gegeben. Daher sind diese, unter Wiederverwendung der Brüstungsgeländer, abzubrechen und zu erneuern. Die Fenster und Balkontüren werden abgebrochen und durch neue Elemente ersetzt, angepasst an die Bestandsoptik. Nach Abschluss der Maßnahme soll der alte Fassadenanstrich komplett entfernt, der Fassadenputz auf Tragfähigkeit geprüft, ggf. ausgebessert werden und der Fassadenanstrich erneuert werden.
