Los 1: Verkehrswertermittlung und Wertindikation
Los 2: Marktwertermittlung auf Clusterbebene

Im Rahmen dieser Ausschreibung beabsichtigt der Auftraggeber zu Los 1 den Abschluss eines Rahmenvertrags mit drei geeigneten Gutachterbüros (§ 21 VgV).
Für Los 2 soll nur ein Rahmenvertragspartner gebunden werden.
Der Höchstabrufwert ist in der vorgesehenen Laufzeit von 4 Jahren bei Los 1 auf 400.000 EUR netto und bei Los 2 auf 200.000 EUR netto begrenzt.
