Brief Description
Ziel der Beauftragung ist die qualifizierte Begleitung und Umsetzung der städtebaulichen Sanierung in den Gebieten Stadtzentrum und Ostviertel - Südliche Innenstadt gemäß §§136ff. BauGB im vereinfachten Verfahren. Die Sanierungsziele sollen bis 2036 konsequent verfolgt, bei Bedarf weiterentwickelt und in wirksame Maßnahmen überführt werden.
