Neubau Technikzentrale T2 mit einem Brutto-Rauminhalt nach DIN 277 von ca. 10.605 m³, aufgeteilt in 2 unterirdische und 4 oberirdische Geschosse.
Die Freianlagenplanung beabsichtigt die Metallbauarbeiten des Neubaus Bauteil 6.1.1 und Technikgebäudes T2. Dabei handelt es sich unter anderem um ca. 60 m Mauerabdeckungen, sowie ca. 120 m Geländer bzw. Absturzsicherungen und ca. 30 m Handlauf.
