Brief Description
Der AG plant in Moosach den Neubau von 360 Wohneinheiten verteilt auf 3 Bauteile mit insgesamt 8 Zeilenbauten. Für jedes Bauteil ist eine Tiefgarage vorgesehen, die als Mittelgarage ausgebildet werden soll. Das auf dem Grundstück vorhandene Bestandsgebäude Karlingerstr. 30 a dient zukünftig als Hausmeisterraum und Mobilitätsstation und soll dem Nutzungsziel entsprechend saniert und umgebaut werden. Auf den Dächern der Neubauten soll jeweils eine PV-Anlage errichtet werden.

Vorab sind die bestehenden Gebäude Gubestr. 11-25 sowie Karlingerstr. 22-60 sowie 15-53 abzubrechen. Der Abbruch erfolgt in einem separaten Projekt und ist nicht Teil des Leistungsumfangs dieses Vertrages.
