Auf dem Grundstück mit der Gemarkung Obermenden, Flur 4, Flurstück 2588 beabsichtigt die Stadt Sankt Augustin einen Toilettentrakt der Grundschule Max & Moritz zu erneuern. Hierzu wird eine Lüftungsanlage mit Kanalnetz in das Gebäude gebaut.
Es werden 1 St. Lüftungsgerät mit Reservefilter, ca. 35 m² Luftkanal, ca. 80 m Wickelfalzrohr mit Formteilen, 4 St. Kulissenschalldämpfer, 5 St. Rohrschalldämpfer, 26 St. Tellerventile, 2 St. Zuluftgitter und 2 St. Dachsockel mit Dachhauben zur Ausführung kommen.
