Die Grundschule Kestnerstraße wird zu einer berrierefreien inklusiven Ganztagsschule umgebaut. Dazu wird das denkmalgeschützte Hauptgebäude (Junge- und Mädchenschule) saniert und umgebaut. Die Leistung umfasst neben der Baustelleneinrichtung Demontagearbeiten von Dachdeckung und -konstruktionselementen (ca. 1.800 m²), Berechnungen und Nachweise, Zimmer- und Holzbauarbeiten (Prüfung, Reinigung, Austausch, Schleppgaubenkonstruktion für Aufzugssschacht), Dachdeckungsarbeiten (ca. 1.800 m²), Klempnerarbeiten (ca.145 m Rinne) und die Sanierung von 5 Dachgauben (Prüfung, Asbestsanierung, Rückbau, Instandsetzung, Restaurierung, Bekleidung).
