Beide Liegenschaften erhalten eine komplette Neuinstallation aller elektrischen Anlagen. Die Fassade des Gebäudes und einzelne innere Bereiche stehen unter Denkmalschutz. Im Saalbau des Marinehauses wird eine Haus in Haus Konstruktion als Holzbau geschaffen. Für beide Gebäude wird eine einheitliche Daten- und Infrastruktur der Kommunikationstechnik geschaffen.
