Brief Description
Im Verantwortungsbereich des SBL Greifswald soll für die Universitätsmedizin Greifswald (UMG) der Neubau Universitätsapotheke erfolgen, inkl. der Anbindung an die bestehenden AWT-Tunnel (AWT = Automatischer Warentransport) und an die bestehende Rohrpost. Der vorgesehene Standort befindet sich in der Ferdinand-Sauerbruch-Straße in Greifswald auf dem Campus Berthold-Beitz-Platz der Universitätsmedizin Greifswald.
Grundlage für die Erarbeitung der EW-Bau bildet der Planungsauftrag des Finanzministeriums M-V vom 02.10.2024. Die Anerkennung der Nutzfläche beläuft sich auf NUF ca. 3.006 m².
Die Erreichung des BNB-Silber-Standards (mind. 65% Erfüllungsgrad) gemäß Bewertungssystem Nachhaltiges Bauen (BNB), Systemvariante Laborgebäude (Version 2020), ist sicherzustellen.
