Die Bruttogrundfläche beträgt ca. 3.050 m2, der Bruttorauminhalt ca. 11.600 m3.
Das Raumprogramm umfasst 2- und 3-Zimmer- Appartements für ca. 97 Wohnende sowie eine Büroeinheit für 5 Arbeitsplätze, einen Aufenthaltsraum, Technik- und Funktionsräume.
Die technischen Anlagen (KG 400) sowie die technischen Anlagen in den Außenanlagen (KG 550) sind ebenso Bestandteil der zu erbringenden Leistung wie die Ausführungs- und Werkplanung der bereits genehmigten Planung.
Folgende Leistungen sind ausgenommen: die übrigen Außenanlagen (KG 500), das lose Mobiliar, Küchen.
