Für den Neubau Foyer zwischen 2 denkmalgeschützten Häusern muss die Fassade in diesem Bereich beareitet werden. Heir sind lose Teile zu entfernen und mit vom Amt für Denkmalpflege akzeptierten Materialien wieder zu rekonstruieren. Die gesamte Farbe soll nach Rekonstruktionsarbeiten mit einer hellen und abgestimmten Farbe gestrichen werden.
