Action: StwM Beschaffung für das Studierendenwerk München Oberbayern
Brief Description
Leistungsgegenstand ist die Belieferung der Betriebsstellen der Hochschulgastronomie mit Backzutaten. Ziel ist der Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung mit 1 Unternehmen.
Die Rahmenvereinbarung wird mit einer Grundlaufzeit von zunächst zwei (2) Jahren mit der Option
der zweimaligen Verlängerung um je zwei (2) Jahre geschlossen. Die Laufzeit beginnt am 01.05.2025
und endet spätestens zum 30.04.2031. Der Vertrag endet, wenn das in den Vergabeunterlagen genannte Gesamtkontingent erreicht ist, auch vor Ablauf der o.g. Fristen.
Preisanpassungen sind gemäß der Preisgleitklausel in den Vertragsunterlagen möglich.
