Brief Description
Im Rahmen der energetischen Hüllsanierung der Feuerwachengebäude auf dem Grundstück Kronprinzessinenweg 20 in Berlin Wannsee ist unter anderem vorgesehen, die Außenwände mit vorgefertigten Holzrahmenbauelemente mit integrierten Fenstern und Sonnenschutzvorrichtungen zu ertüchtigen. Ziel der Sanierungsmaßnahme ist es eine deutliche energetische Verbesserung der Gesamtliegenschaft zu erzielen.
Da die Wachgebäude sich parallel zur Baumaßnahme in Nutzung befinden ist die Maßnahme in mehrere Bauabschnitte unterteilt.
